What is Boston Scene Report?

Boston Scene Report is a series of articles highlighting the musicians and community members at the heart of the DIY music scene.

Read Volume 1 on the Boston punk scene and stay tuned for upcoming issues on hardcore, grunge, electronic, student-run organizations, and more.

Volumes include artist and musician bios, community organization bios, and individual comments about the scene (meaning pretty much anyone can submit!) Fill out the form to be featured.

2. Girls in the Scene Zine (COMING SOON)

Girls in the Scene Zine celebrates female and femme-identifying people in DIY creative spaces. Girls in the Scene will entirely feature music, visual art, and written works created by women.

Submit your work here. The zine and leadership team are Boston-based, but submissions from anyone across the Northeast are welcome.
